These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sleepy History mobile application ("App") operated by Quiet Labs. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use License

Permission is granted to use Sleepy History for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include:

Modifying or copying the materials
Using the materials for any commercial purpose
Attempting to reverse engineer any software
Removing any copyright or proprietary notations

2. Subscriptions

Certain content requires a premium subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sleepy History or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. By continuing to use the service after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
